She has an excellent track record in the Marketing Area with a vast experience in Advertising, Content Managing, and Production for various brands, such as Walmart, Coca Cola, Dewar's, amongst others. As a Director of Evernet Corporation, Ms. Ramón is responsible for the research and evaluation of new products and market strategies, advertising opportunities, as well as, developing and managing communities within social networking sites.

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Major in Management and Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. Mr. Ramón is a senior level executive with over 32 years of vast experience in financial institutions such as commercial banks and credit financial company. His particular strengths cover the following areas; operations, retail credit, credit policy, scoring analysis, consumer product portfolio’s analysis and system application developments. Before he became Founder Member of Card Consolidated Group LLC (CCG) and Media Financial LLC, he was Auxiliary Administrator of Benefits and Pensions Puerto Rico Employees and Judiciary Retirement System, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Evernet Corporation, Executive Sub-Director Puerto Rico Teachers Retirement System, Founder, Member and President of the Board of Cooperativa de Servicios Tecnológicos de Puerto Rico (Costec). Since 1982, he worked for various prestigious financial institutions like Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Puerto Rico, First Federal Finance Corporation (Firstbank) and Money Express Finance, where he held an impressive and successful career and a lot of records accomplishments. For a term of three years he was member of the Consumer Credit Committee of the Puerto Rico Bankers Association, also he was member for two years of the Consumer Credit Counselling Association. During the last three years and present is member of the Puerto Rico Value Exchange Association.

Holding a Master’s degree in Finance and with over 40 years of experience in the financial industry, Frank E. Berrios is actually President and CEO of FEB DISERCO, INC., an independent consulting firm organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and Registered in the State of Florida, USA. He has vast knowledge in financial institutions consumer and commercial credit. His particular strength covers the areas of Retail Credit, Credit Policies Establishment and Performance Analysis, Portfolio Management, Risk Based Pricing, Scoring Analysis and Validation, Systems Applications Developments and Regulatory Implementations. Before he became a consultant of Evernet Corporation, CEO of the independent consulting firm in 2015, he was Vice President and Manager of the Consumer Credit Group of Banco Popular de Puerto Rico where the Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans and Mortgage Loans are administered. Since 1974, he has worked for various prestigious financial institutions like Banco Popular de Puerto Rico where he also gave Risk Management support for Credit Cards to Popular Community Bank (Banco Popular North America) in the continental US, Popular Finance and Banco Santander Puerto Rico, where he held a successful track record of accomplishments. For a term of four years, he was member of the Financial Services Advisory Board in EQUIFAX, a leading company in Consumer Credit Information Services in USA. Mr. Berrios also was member of the Consumer Credit Committee of the Puerto Rico Bankers Association. For about 20 years he was part-time professor of Computer Science, Accounting, and Financial Statement Analysis at the University of Puerto Rico, Humacao Campus, Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico, and the American Institute of Banking, Puerto Rico Chapter.

Before co-founding EVERNET Corporation, she worked for various financial institutions leaving a success record of accomplishments. These institutions include Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, Caguas Central Federal Savings Bank, and Government Retirement System,.
